WATER BAY AT BAHRAIN BAY

The three towers (named also as Water Bay) at Bahrain Bay, are developed to offer its residents beautiful views at the bay side, which is also advantageously located in the heart of Manama. Conceived to provide luxurious hotel standards, the Water Bay Tower’s layout is designed typically with at least one living room, dining room, kitchen, toilet, bathroom, bedroom and, especially, a balcony to give a majestic sight of the bay. To exemplify its residents living experience, swimming pools, landscaped gardens and retail stores are elegantly designed and exquisitely placed at the ground floor area of each building. Lastly, the Water Bay also provides three-level parking areas for its residents, retail owners and visitors.

The project comprises the construction of several distinct and challenging areas: -

The proposed Three Towers (Water Bay), located at Bahrain Bay, are each composed of a 10-storey building with three (3) basements. The buildings include

1. 3 car park floors located at the basements;
2. 3 types of typical floors: 1st to 7thtypical floors, 8th to 9thtypical floor, and 10th floor, and;
3. a ground floor with 7 retail stores, a male and a female gym area, a swimming pool, and various service and facilities room.

As a whole, the total built-up area of the project is 168,942.82 m2.
