GOLDEN GATE AT BAHRAIN BAY

The two towers named as Golden Gate at Bahrain Bay, are developed to offer its residents beautiful views at the bay side, which is also advantageously located in the heart of Manama. Conceived to provide luxurious hotel standards, the Golden Gate Tower’s layout is designed typically with at least one living room, dining room, kitchen, toilet, bathroom, bedroom and, especially, a balcony to give a majestic sight of the bay. To exemplify its residents living experience, swimming pools, Squash court, landscaped gardens and retail stores are elegantly designed and exquisitely. Lastly, the Golden Gate also provides nine-level parking areas for its residents, retail owners and visitors.

The project comprises the construction of several distinct and challenging areas: -

The proposed Golden Gate, located at Bahrain Bay, has Two Tower named as Tower ( A & B ) Tower A composed of a 48-storey building with three (3) basements. The buildings include

  1. 9 car park floors located at the basements, Mezzanine & 1st to 5th floors;
  2. 4 types of typical floors: 7th to 23rdtypical floors, 24th floor, 25th to 39th typical floor, and 40th to 42nd typical floor.

Tower B composed of a 57-storey building with three (3) basements. The buildings include

  1. 9 car park floors located at the basements, Mezzanine & 1st to 5th floors;
  2. 6 types of typical floors: 7th to 26thtypical floors, 27th to 29th typical floor, 30th floor, 31st to 40th typical floor, and 41st to 48th typical floor, 49th to 51st typical floor and 52nd floor.

As a whole, the total built-up area of the project is 145,405 m2.
